Venue Hire - £3500.00 ( Venue hire from 2020 will be £3750 )
Booking Deposit - £500.00 (Non Refundable)
Final balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to event
Any additional charges such as table linen hire, corkage etc, will be invoiced the week before your wedding, once final numbers are confirmed.
Please note, our bar is supplied with a minimum spend of £1000.00. This is not inclusive in the venue hire and may require further payment to cover any shortfall up to the minimum spend.
You will find our prices behind the bar very reasonable, but at the same time we do promote sensible drinking, so the only hitch of the day is the bride & groom.
Access to the Red Barn
Leading up to your day we understand it can be stressful, so we give you access to the venue 2 days prior to your big day so you can make sure you’re happy with all your planning, décor and trimmimgs, leaving you to relax knowing everything is in its right place.
On the day, the event must not go past 00:00 midnight, with guests & suppliers vacated by 00:30.
Please make sure all belongings are collected by 12:00 midday the following day, and the venue cleared by 2 PM.
Items inclusive of hire
- Use of the Barn, attached building and grounds adjacent. Disabled access, disabled toilets & baby changing facilities are also avaliable.
- Car parking for your guests (the yard to the front of the barn will be dedicated, directions for guest parking will be given on the day.)
- Tables & Chairs
- A pre wedding meeting to notify of timings for all, from your arrival to caterers etc, just so we can assure your day goes as smoothly as you’ve imagined
- Bar. Please notify when you would like serving to start. Minimum £1000.00 spend with time called @ 11:30PM
Please note we are here to give you the perfect venue, we do not do wedding planning. Please make sure yourselves or a chosen party member has arranged accordingly. However we will ensure your suppliers/caterers are guided as discussed in our pre meeting.
All food preparation and areas are to be supplied by your chosen caterers. We do however have facility for a washing up area, which must be left as found on leaving.
We charge corkage on wine and champagne. By under no circumstances do we condone any other beverages, alcoholic or not, to be brought onto the premises.
The venue should be left as it was found on your first day. Any property owned or part of the venue must be washed up, dried, and or left in good order. Any Damages will be charged.
Should, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking:
Cancellation up to 4 months before date – deposit retained
Cancellation within 4 months – 50% of the balance is due
Cancellation within 1 month – Full balance is due
Change of Date
Should you need to change the date of your wedding after booking and paying the deposit, this would depend on availability of the venue. Should the new date not be available and you cannot continue with your original date, then our cancellation policy above, will apply.
Should Red Barn Events be unable to fulfill its obligation to hold the event for any reason, we will refund in full all payments to date. If, due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Red Barn Events will not be responsible for any and all financial costs arising due to the relocation of the event.
